Transfer services to and from our training locations.

Request a transfer to your training destination, including Saas-Fee, Zermatt, Grimentz-Zinal or the Chile camp. Send your starting point, destination, travel date, flight or train details, passenger ages and the number of bags and ski bags. We will confirm the available route, meeting point and price before you book.

For a child travelling without a parent, tell us about the airline’s arrangements and the assistance required at arrival or departure. The quote should specify the handover, any waiting time, additional assistance and charges. See transfer routes and how to request a quote.

High performance racing equipment

Ask us about race skis and boots for rental or purchase. Include the athlete’s age, height, weight, ability, planned disciplines and existing equipment details. We will check suitable options, available sizes and any applicable racer prices.

Arrange equipment before travelling so we can confirm stock, cost, fitting and collection for your destination. Availability is confirmed when we arrange your order. Read the equipment, packing and rental guide.

Cancellation Protection

Ski Zenit Cancellation Protection is an optional service provided directly by Ski Zenit for eligible booked services. Under its terms, you can cancel for any reason with the required written notice at least 48 hours before the activity starts and choose a 90% refund or 95% credit for insured services. Notice must be received during the working hours specified in the terms.

Eligible services include Ski Zenit training, transfers, rental equipment and eligible Ski Zenit hotel stays in Saas-Fee and Chile. Lift passes, third-party services and the protection fee itself are excluded. Early departure has separate conditions and documentation requirements. Rescue and medical insurance

Athletes need appropriate accident, rescue and medical cover for their destination and activities. We can direct you to information about Global Rescue options. Check the provider’s product terms, geographic limits, ski-training and competition eligibility, and exclusions before purchasing.

Ski Zenit is not an insurance broker and does not sell these policies directly. Confirm the cover with the provider, including whether a rescue membership and medical insurance are separate products. Read our booking and insurance checklist.
