Ski Zenit Cancellation Protection: Terms and Conditions

1. What is Ski Zenit Cancellation Protection?

  • Ski Zenit Cancellation Protection provides flexible cancellation coverage beyond Ski Zenit’s standard Terms & Conditions: https://skiracingcamps.ch/terms-and-conditions/
  • It offers a simple and reliable solution directly through Ski Zenit, without the need to rely on external insurance providers or lengthy claim procedures.
  • This protection applies only to insured Ski Zenit services, including:
    • Ski Zenit race training
    • Ski Zenit Hotel (Saas-Fee and Chile only)
    • Ski Zenit transfer services
    • Ski Zenit rental equipment
  • The protection does not apply to:
    • the cancellation protection fee itself
    • lift passes
    • third-party accommodation or services
    • external supplier products

2. Cancellation Before the Activity Starts

  • You may cancel your booking for any reason up to 48 hours before the scheduled start of the activity.
  • You may choose between:
    • 90% refund of all insured services, OR
    • 95% credit toward future Ski Zenit services

3. Cancellation After the Activity Has Started

  • If a participant is unable to continue the activity and must leave the camp or training programme early due to:
    • illness or injury supported by a medical certificate, or
    • family bereavement supported by appropriate documentation,
  • Ski Zenit will provide either:
    • a 90% refund of the unused insured services, OR
    • a 95% credit for the unused insured services
  • The refund or credit applies only to the unused remaining portion of the insured services from the date participation ends, including unused rental days where applicable.

4. Notification Requirements

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to:

  • info@skizenit.ch
  • For cancellations before the activity starts, notice must be received during work hours (08:30-18:00 CET) at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the activity .
  • For cancellations after the activity has started, Ski Zenit must be informed as soon as reasonably possible.

5. Exclusions

No refund or credit will be provided:

  • for the cancellation protection fee itself
  • without the required supporting documentation
  • if the participant voluntarily decides not to continue the activity without a covered reason

6. Additional Terms

  • Ski Zenit reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions with prior notice to the client.
  • These terms do not affect your statutory rights under applicable national laws relating to the sale of consumer products and services.
