Zenit Ski Racing is an international team dedicated to excellence in ski training and competition. Comprised of highly experienced coaches, we focus on developing athletes at all levels, from beginners to elite competitors. Our approach combines technical skill development with personalized coaching, ensuring that each athlete reaches their full potential.

We provide top quality ski training making sure that our athletes enjoy, perform and develop while minimizing risks. This work ethic has made it possible for us to ski for many years with our athletes, seeing them grow as skiers, racers and people.
Our training methods and expertise in technical and physical conditioning for alpine skiing are the result of many years of experience working with athletes at all levels, from the most basic to high performance.
Ski Zenit’s coaching staff is formed by a group of experienced professionals that are always seeking the best training possible, regardless if it’s private training or a group training camp. In our team we utilise experienced race coaches and very high level ski instructors. This allows us to provide our more advanced athletes with very specialized tactical and technical training and our less experienced ones with deep reinforcement of their technical foundations and tactical basic knowledge.

Ben Shubrook
Ski coach and coordinator at Zenit Ski Racing.

- Has been working since 1999 coaching and teaching in USA, New Zealand, Italy, U.K. and Switzerland.
- Coached extensively within Para Snowsports including Para World Cup athletes.

Rich Wright

- Graduate in French + Post-graduate in Real Estate Management.
- Swiss Brevet Fédéral and BASI alpine ski qualifications.

- Fluent in both English and French and basic German.
- Began professional skiing career in 2001 in Crans Montana.
- International ski coaching experience across Switzerland, Italy, Australia and America.
- Served as Training Manager since 2018, emphasising professional development for ski instructors.
- Committed to a learner-centric approach, ensuring tailored and effective instruction.

Lucía Valles

- Professional terrain skier with over ten years of heli-skiing experience in BC, Canada, the Alps, Iceland and the Himalayas.
