Ski Camp Booking Checklist
Use this ski camp booking checklist before confirming your place. Check the training dates, services in your quote and cover for your destination so you know what is arranged and what still needs your attention.
Before you confirm your place
- Send the athlete’s age, skiing level, racing experience and preferred camp dates.
- Review the quote line by line: training, lift passes, accommodation, meals, transfers and rental.
- Confirm supervision and equipment requirements for your programme.
- Read the booking terms and check travel, health, accident and rescue cover for the activities you will do.
- Follow the payment instructions in your booking email. Under our terms, a booking is confirmed once the full invoice is paid; unconfirmed bookings are cancelled after four days.
For general budgeting, see our Swiss ski race camp cost guide. Your itemised quote confirms the price and services for your own stay.
Are ski passes included in the training price?
Saas-Fee · Summer & autumn camp
No. Ski passes are invoiced separately from the training price. Check your booking invoice for the applicable items.
Can I use my Magic Pass for the summer camp?
Saas-Fee · Summer & autumn camp
Magic Pass does not cover summer and autumn glacier skiing in Saas-Fee. Athletes must arrange the appropriate ski pass through Ski Zenit. For dates around the transition to winter operations, confirm the applicable pass with the team.
What insurance do athletes need?
Saas-Fee · Summer & autumn camp
Adequate health and accident insurance, including helicopter rescue cover, is mandatory. Medical and rescue costs in Switzerland can be significant. Check your policy before travelling.
Our booking terms also require travel insurance covering unused booked services. Read the Terms & Conditions for booking requirements.
Where can I check cancellation and weather refund policies?
Saas-Fee · Summer & autumn camp
Read the Terms & Conditions for booking, cancellation and refund policies. There are no refunds for inclement weather or lift closures; alternative activities or training arrangements are provided.
For questions about your booking, reply to your original booking email thread. See our guide to cancelling a booking with Cancellation Protection.
How do I book a camp or request a personalised programme?
All programmes · Booking
Use Book Now / Contact and tell us the programme, preferred dates and athlete’s age, skiing level and racing experience. The team will help confirm suitability, available options and your quote.
For an existing reservation, reply to your original booking email thread. Prices, available dates and inclusions differ by programme; use the relevant programme page and your confirmed invoice.
Are ski passes, accommodation and transfers always included?
Programme-dependent · Inclusions
No. Inclusions vary by programme. For example, the Chile camp lists six days of lift passes and airport shuttles in its programme, while the Saas-Fee training price and lift passes are shown separately. Zinal lists lunch on the slopes with training.
Check the programme page and your itemised booking confirmation for training, passes, lodging, meals, transport and extras. Ask the booking team to clarify anything before paying.
Do you offer rescue and medical cover for ski racers?
Additional service · Rescue and medical assistance
Ski Zenit can help athletes explore rescue and medical assistance options through Global Rescue. Ski Zenit is not an insurance broker and does not sell these policies directly.
Before choosing cover, confirm whether your specific training, racing, destination, evacuation and repatriation needs are covered. This is separate from Ski Zenit Cancellation Protection. Read about rescue and medical options.
