How to Arrange Ski Camp Airport Transfers
Organise ski camp airport transfers with your travel details and camp booking together. We explain what to send our team, what needs confirming and how local arrival works in Saas-Fee and Chile.
What to include in your transfer request
- Camp destination, accommodation and travel date.
- Flight or train number, arrival time and return journey details.
- Number of passengers, including accompanying family members.
- Number of ski bags and other luggage.
Reply to your original booking email so we can match transport to your stay. Before travelling, check the agreed meeting point, collection time, price and whether the transfer is included in your booking.
Transfer routes and destinations
| Journey | Arrangement | Price and timing |
|---|---|---|
| Geneva, Zurich or Milan → Saas-Fee | Private airport transfer, arranged with our booking team. | Request a quote and journey estimate for your airport, date and party. |
| Saas-Fee bus terminal → Hotel Alpin | Hotel electric shuttle. Call the hotel while passing through Saas-Grund. | Complimentary for the hotel arrival described below; coordinate collection with reception. |
| Santiago airport → Chile camp | The Chile programme includes airport shuttles. Confirm the arrangements for your booking. | Check the agreed pickup window and arrangements for accompanying family. |
| Agreed pickup point → Zermatt, Zinal or Grimentz | Transfer service on request. | Route, final meeting point, duration and price confirmed in your quote. |
Prices, journey times and additional charges
Request a written quote for your exact journey. Ask whether the amount is per person or per vehicle, whether it covers one way or a return, and what luggage is included. Confirm collection time and the expected journey duration before arranging onward travel.
If you need waiting time, an extra stop, a late pickup or help accompanying a child, describe it when requesting the quote and ask whether an additional charge applies.
Children travelling without a parent
Tell us the child’s age, airline and whether they will use an unaccompanied-minor service before booking the transfer. Ask the team to confirm whether the requested handover and supervision can be arranged, who will meet the child and whether there is a separate fee.
Airport assistance, the road transfer and supervision at camp are separate arrangements. Confirm who is responsible at each handover and check the airline’s requirements directly with the airline.
